Candidates emails not delivered on Welcome Kit from May 10th to May 13th 2022

Resolved
Following an update of Welcome Kit on May the 10th at 2PM, approximately 50% of emails sent by candidates were blocked and have not been delivered correctly to recruiters.
This issue has been resolved on Friday the 13th at 4PM and emails sent by candidates are now correctly routing towards recruiters in Welcome Kit.
Note that emails sent from Welcome Kit by recruiters were not affected and have been correctly delivered during this period.
We are monitoring that routing remains normal for the next few days and are trying our best with our provider to retrieve those lost emails.
We also implemented new procedures to easily detect those faulty behaviours in our tools.
